  • Before we complete any work, we’ll ask you up front what you want to accomplish, and what you are most worried about. This helps us make sure that we deliver on our promise of white glove service. We want to know from you exactly what that will take – before the work even begins.

  • 3. Expert Consultation on colors & materials
  • We pride ourselves on using only the very best materials on all projects. That is why we partner with the very best, like Sherwin Williams, James Hardie and Owens Corning. We don’t just use the materials, we are trained and experienced in giving you expert advice on how to choose the right colors and materials for your special project. We want to give you the advantage of our experience (enhancing beautiful homes across the Atlanta metro area), so you are sure to like your end result.

  • One crew, and that’s your crew. You can easily engage with the crew leader on any issue that arises during the course of your project. The same crew comes every day. We show up on time, stay the full day and come back until the job is done.

  • Clean-up is often neglected by others, but not by DIXON. We go so far as to hire a special cleaning crew to come to the project site at your home. For interior work, this often involves vacuuming, dusting, and surface cleaning. Our goal is to return your house to the clean state it was in before the project was started.

  • 6. Post-completion survey
  • We want your feedback. After the project, we will survey you to learn how things went. Actually, we usually ask you this before we leave your house. We want to make sure that you are satisfied before your crew leaves the project. We will take every possible step to ensure your complete satisfaction.
